Meet Rachel
Hi, I’m Rachel Bowers, a therapist with a deep passion for supporting women through life’s most tender, transformative, and challenging seasons. Whether you’re navigating the early days of motherhood, healing from a difficult birth, balancing the needs of your kids and aging parents, or finding yourself at a crossroads in midlife, I provide a warm and grounded space for you to process, reconnect, and rediscover your strength.

I hold a Master’s in Social Administration (Social Work) from Case Western Reserve University (2008) and have spent over 15 years walking alongside women through the emotional complexities of anxiety, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My clinical approach is grounded in both evidence-based training and deep, compassionate presence.

I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International (2021), a Psychosocial Oncology Certificate from the American Psychosocial Oncology Society (2024), and an Art of Holding Certification from The Postpartum Stress Center (2024). I also have training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, narrative exposure therapy, infertility, and birth trauma. These approaches allow me to gently and effectively support women through grief, trauma, and big emotional shifts with a focus on healing the whole person.

My clients often come to me overwhelmed, overstretched, and wondering when they’ll get to feel like themselves again. Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, caregiver burnout, perfectionism, or a deep well of grief, we’ll work together to create space for your emotions, your healing, and your growth.

Rachel is not currently accepting new clients.
