Service Description

Female bodies hold a natural rhythm that can guide how one rests, creates, connects, and shows up in the world. This virtual continuing education program reviews how therapists can integrate this knowing into the therapy space as we help clients tune into the wisdom of their menstrual cycle and discover how to align their self-care, energy, and emotional wellbeing with its four distinct phases—helping you find more balance, flow, and self-compassion in everyday life. We'll also discuss psychological symptomology connected to the menstrual cycle and considerations for pre-menstrual exacerbation and PMDD. Each participant will receive 2 worksheets to integrate into their counseling practices regarding menstrual cycle awarenes and tracking. Participants will earn 1 CEU Credit for the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
