The Village Grove Postpartum Group

Service Description
The Village Grove is a welcoming space for mothers in the early months and first year after birth. Together, we share the joys and challenges of postpartum life—sleep, identity shifts, relationships, and the ups and downs of motherhood—in a supportive, nonjudgmental circle. Guided by a perinatal mental health therapist, this group is designed to remind you that you don’t have to navigate this season alone. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and begin occurring biweekly October 21st. Babies welcome.
